Staying in the RV was a great alternative to our usual tent camping experience. It was comfortable and cozy, and the owners have done a wonderful job updating and maintaining a 30+ year old RV. We especially appreciated having a coffee maker onboard, which made for relaxing mornings before long days at the racetrack. The only significant issue we encountered was mechanical. Since our campsite was only about four miles away, it wasn't a major disruption to our trip, but during those four miles the engine stalled four times and struggled to exceed 40 mph. We discussed it with the owner upon return, and he indicated that he planned to have it diagnosed and repaired during the off-season. The interior also needed a bit more attention before our stay. It wasn't dirty or unsanitary, but there was some dust and a musty odor, and I spent about 30 to 45 minutes doing some light cleaning before settling in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the owner's efforts to modernize an older RV. With the mechanical issue addressed and a little more attention to cleaning, this would be an easy rental to recommend.
