Mark was polite, informative, and friendly. He answered all our questions and promptly replied to our text messages during the trip. The van was awesome and worked reliably. We asked for snow tires, and he added them before we left. It was a great experience working with him.

Mark was a great host from beginning to end. The sprinter van is awesome and Mark is very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend renting from Mark.

Great van, incredible host. Mark was very thorough and a great communicator. We took the van to the cost and had a two young kids in car seats on the bench seat. Mark even added the personal touch of a car seat mirror for our youngest so we could keep an eye on him while driving. We had an issue with the fridge as we were packing up and Mark was quick to fix the issue and barely slowed us down at all. Overall, great experience. Highly recommend.

This was our first camping trip and we were a bit anxious but it was amazing! Mark was a great communicator and answered all our questions. The van was clean and had all we needed for a great weekend of fun! Pick up and drop off were seamless. We will definitely be renting from him again!

This van was great and Mark was so easy to work with. Our family of four road-tripped from Bend, up the Olympic Peninsula, boarded the ferry to Whidbey Island and then up through Deception Pass and back home. The van was clean and operated perfectly. It comfortably slept two adults and two kids. Plenty of storage below for our weeklong journey. Mark was always responsive to my questions and was super flexible with our pick up and drop off times. We would definitely rent from him again!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
6am - 9pm; Outside those hours, please contact.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
There are no external hookups. All is in the solar and battery and always on. We have switches if off for some reason. Water tank in back is on a switch. Hook up fuel for hot water heater.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Take it slow :) and understand the basics of driving a larger vehicle. - When turning, try to always be in the outside lane, as it tends to need wider turns than a regular car - When parking, try not to fit it in the tightest spot, look for room to park. It will fit in one parking space, but be a little tighter and stick out a bit. - There are indicators and warnings lights that appear when going over solid lines (van will vibrate and beep). Indicators for blind spots, but always look
