Recommendations

A basic orientation, including exterior and interior walk-through and test drive are required at pickup before departure. Please allow 45-60 minutes for this on your pickup day.
Bring pillows/sleeping gear if planning to sleep in the RV.
Bring towels if planning to use the indoor or outdoor shower.
Keep all doors and windows closed and house fans off, if parked or driving near camp fires/smoke.

Other things to note

Our cancellation policy is the moderate level, which states that renters
can cancel a reservation with 100% refund ONLY so long as at least 14 days remain before the trip begins.
If you book within less than 14 days, and then change your mind and want to cancel, please note the following:

If cancelled more than 7 days prior to the start date of the trip:
Refunded
--75% of the booking total, including tax
Anything paid toward the protection package, including tax
Not refunded
--The service fee, including tax

If cancelled less than 7 days prior to the start date of the trip:

Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel a booking if the driver verification process is not completed at least 24 hours before departure date/time.

Mileage:
Every rental comes with 150 free miles a day

Additional mileage is charged at a fee of .35 per mile

Fuel/Diesel:

The vehicle will need to be returned with the same level of fuel that it is picked up with

If the tank returns with less fuel, refueling will be charged at a rate of $5 /gal

Damage:

A refundable damage deposit will be charged 1 day before check-in. The refundable deposit will be returned within 7 business days following the completion of your trip. If damage occurs, the owner reserves the right to apply the deposit to the cost of the damage

The renter assumes 100% responsibility of any damage or theft that may occur during their rental. This includes, but is not limited to: Damage to the vehicle, property inside of the vehicle, damage to property, damage to any persons inside or out of the vehicle.

Tolls:

The renter is responsible for all tolls, fees, traffic violations or tickets associated while renting the van. Any received fees will be billed to the card on file.

Safety:

All passengers must be seated and buckled while the vehicle is moving.

No driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Cleaning:

No smoking/vaping or excessive use of cologne/perfume allowed inside the vehicle or within 20 feet of the vehicle. This includes campfires. Please keep doors and windows closed if parking close to a campfire.

A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for any rentals that return smelling like smoke. Owner reserves the right to make these charges at their discretion

Toilet is for emergency, no. 1 use only. If you use the toilet, it must be emptied and cleaned before return

Any toilet that is returned dirty, full, or with signs that anything other than urine was used, will be charged a $200 dumping & cleaning fee.

Mileage fees are charged within 3 days of your return date.
