• Underneath the bunk beds is NOT storage. This is the battery compartment. Do not store anything underneath here. Using this space as storage becomes a fire hazard and safety risk. Please do not put anything underneath the bunk bed. • Additionally tampering with electrical underneath the bunk beds is dangerous and will not allow the trailer to work as designed. • Tampering in the electrical compartment will result in a $100 fee. • We are very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. We do not allow returns after 8:00 PM. • Delivery times are set to after 5:30 PM for both pick-up and drop-off. Please plan accordingly. • One hours (or more) delay in pick-up will result in a $60 dollar change. After 8:00 PM you will have to pick up the next day. • Default return time is 5:30 PM. Please communicate your desired return time. We allow for return times to change up to 24 hours in advanced. After 24 hours late fee's will apply. 1 hour after scheduled return time is is a $0 charge. 2 hours late is a $60 dollar charge. After that it is $60 per hour. There will also be a $100 administrative fee. • If you are renting at Birch Bay State Park campground rent the generator or rent a site with hook-ups. There is not enough sunlight to keep the batteries maintained by solar. • Dead Battery fee: If the trailer is returned with a dead battery a $50 fee will be taken from the security deposit. • If you need to be dumped during your trip an additional $40 fee will be applied.
