Solar panel on the roof keeps the batteries topped upOur RV is great because it's perfect for exploring in Banff National Park, or Yoho, or Jasper, Waterton National Park. Camping and exploring in the wilderness is perfect since the Van is small and you are still protected from bears, cougars and rain.We just drove this Van to Mexico and back in 2017/2018, so we know that everything works great! New tires, new transmission, everything is checked and good to go.If you are concern about the age of the vehicle, we are very safety conscious with this vehicle. We often venture into places without cell phone coverage so we make sure the vehicle is in great working condition. We just drove from Calgary to Vegas to LA to near La Paz Mexico towing a trailer (4000 kms each way) no problems. The tires were just replaced and the brakes were just checked in April 2018.The biggest risk with ANY RV going to places that are remote like Jasper is over using the batteries and running the battery too low so that the vehicle cannot start. Guidance will be provided to ensure that this doesn't happen, and if it does by mistake, exactly what to do to charge the battery and start the vehicle. Ask about this for any RV that you choose to rent!Pickup time is 2PM - plan to spend 1.5 hours with us learning how to use the systems & for a test drive
Dropoff time is 11AM
Must have roadside assistance in place to rent this van.
