3.0The service was ok but the RV has a lot of dog hair. It's not for allergic person. We must cleanned the RV the first day to make it clean.

4.0The RV is in good condition and has the complete set of necessary equipment in it. we used the RV for 9 days without major problems. The owner is nice and helpful whenever we have RV related questions. The only issue is the blanket at the rear bed is too thin and cannot keep us warm, especially at the dry-camping nights (no electric heating). In Jasper, the night may be as cold as freezing point (32F). We had to wear all of our cloths and hardly fell asleep. It was an unique experience for us in Canada. It is suggested that the owner can replace the blanket into a thicker one, or a couple of 15F sleeping bags.

5.0It was a great home and experience. His home is cozy and good serving our winter trip in Banff. Scott is also a good guy so we really enjoyed it.
