- Security deposit: $365.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $109.50. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Also includes toilet paper, paper towel, tank deposits, one garbage bag per night of rental, dish soap and bathroom soap.

Darren was amazing to deal with. He made the process so easy. We loved this beautiful trailer; it had all the amenities, was equipped with everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. Can't say enough about what a great vacation we had with this rental.
FYI, this unit is an easy pull; much lighter that previous trailers that we have pulled. With high gas prices, the lighter weight made a big difference in the amount of fuel we used.
