***RENTER PROVIDES: paper wares (eg. dishes, utensils, napkins, paper towels).There is a fitted mattress protector & a fitted sheet that goes on each bed but outside of this, all linens/sleeping bags, pillows, etc. are up to the renter

Recommendations

Bring your bicycles, water gear, hiking gear, 4-wheeling or dirt-biking gear as we have done it all! This is also the perfect rig to just park in a remote & beautiful place and enjoy the slow & quiet that the wild outdoors has to offer!

Other things to note

***TOW VEHICLE FOR BUNKHOUSE: vehicle MUST be capable of towing a minimum of 6000lbs. and MUST be a vehicle with a Class III receiver (we provide a weight-distribution hitch with sway control). You MUST have a 7-pin trailer connector and MUST also have an electronic brake controller installed on your vehicle. ***PICK-UP/RETURN: Standard pick-up time is anytime after 8am & the unit needs to be CLEANED & returned by 4pm. A late fee will be taken from the deposit if returned after 4pm. We will be as flexible as possible on pick-up but please remember that we are also juggling pesky day jobs & working around that schedule takes priority! Please plan an hour to an hour & a half to complete the trailer walk-through. If you are experienced, it will go faster.

***NO HOOK-UPS/ DRY CAMPING: Without electrical hookups, the batteries will run the lights, heater, water pump, & fridge. You need to be plugged into shore power or a generator in order for the power outlets, microwave & A/C to function. The A/C needs a generator with at least ~3500 starting watts. Depending on use, the batteries should last about 2 days on a full charge. The stove is propane & will continue working regardless. If you do not have access to a generator, they can be rented, or let us know if you would like to rent ours for an additional fee.

***GENERATOR RENTAL: If you rent the generator, it will be provided full of gas and needs to be returned full of gas, otherwise the renter will be charged $5.00/gallon out of the deposit. It is an option to let us know ahead of time if you prefer to have us re-fuel upon return (still $5/gal).

***CLEANING POLICY: Camper needs to be cleaned (to the same condition it was when received) before returned to avoid additional fees. For an additional $150 we are happy to do the cleaning for you IF you let us know ahead of time. However, if this is not set up in advance & we receive the camper back unclean, an additional fee of $250 will be charged out of the deposit. This includes but is not limited to: sweeping & mopping floors; vacuuming seating and storage spaces as needed; wiping down shelving, counters, table, stove, microwave, sink & anywhere else food/splatter may have reached; cleaning the bathroom/toilet top to bottom; all used dishes; trash cans emptied. PLEASE PILE TOWELS & LINENS IN TUB & WE WILL DO LAUNDRY. Keep in mind that we often have a renter picking up right after you and need to send it out right after you return. The previous renter has been considerate of your rental, please be considerate of the next family's rental.
