Gratitude is a completely off-grid, tiny home on wheels. I lived in this Sprinter Van for over a year traveling from Charlotte to Patagonia, Argentina. It comes fully equipped with a 400 watt solar power system, memory foam queen size bed, full bath (toilet and shower), gas stove, microwave, mini fridge, bike rack, and furnace. It has tons of cabinet space inside above the bed for clothes, in the kitchen for food and utensils, and a huge compartment below the bed for all your adventure gear.It also has a roof AC unit and water heater but these items cannot be used with the solar system because they demand too much power, so you need to be plugged into shore power or use the generator to operate them. I just put in new quartz countertops and I replaced the flooring with waterproof vinyl plank. There are also tinted windows and blinds throughout the van as well as a sunlight reflector for the windshield to give you complete privacy. I also upgraded the sound system and stereo receiver with new speakers, an amplifier/subwoofer, and the receiver has a retractable pop-out screen that you can use with Apple Carplay or Android Auto (see pics). The RV is located in a residential neighborhood Only 8 minutes from the airport (CLT) and 7 mins from downtown Charlotte. It usually costs between $10-$15 to get an Uber/Lyft to the house from the airport. It gets an average of 22 miles per gallon which is excellent for a bigger vehicle like an RV. Also, please note that I travel a lot and therefore have a business partner named Anthony who helps me with departures and returns when I am not in town. Please note the the entry step to get into the van is a big step up. I include a stool that can be used to make it easier to get in and out when you are parked. I have no issues with the step but some people may find it high. What's includedThe van will come with a bike rack (fits 3 bikes), generator, cell-phone range extender, portable car battery jump-starter, dashcam, backup camera, tire pressure monitor, camping chairs, camping table, fresh linens, blankets, cookware, utensils, shore power cord, hose, portable solar shower, broom, first aid kit, jack and miscellaneous tools.RecommendationsThe mountains and national parks around Asheville are a great spot year round. There are a number of campsites that accept RVs and there are various apps that let you find even more unique sites (Hipcamp, The Dyrt, etc.)Other things to noteThis van is my baby, so please treat it as if it were yours! You can check the solar battery percentage, solar power, tank levels, etc. via the Victron GX Touch display in the van. If the battery ever gets to 20% or lower it needs to be charged up using shore power, the generator, or alternator charging.Small pets are welcome!
No Festivals (exceptions can be made, contact me to provide more details)
No Smoking of any kind of substance inside the van.
No serious off-roading. The van has pretty good clearance but it is not meant to do a lot of off-roading.
No reckless driving, no drunk driving, no driving under the influence of drugs.
