2019 camper available for deliveries only. One slide out travel trailer that sleeps 7. Two queen beds, one with a twin bunk above. The couch and kitchen table both convert to twin/full size beds. 30amp power (converter available for 50amp hookup). Two standard 20lb LP Gas tanks (rental includes both tanks filled. If additional propane is needed it is the responsibility of the renter to refill the tanks. Tanks may be returned empty). Propane Heat. Electric/LP fridge. LP Gas Range. Gas Oven. Electric Microwave. 13500BTU electric AC unit. If not using a 30amp or higher hookup, the generator is required to operate the AC.Deliveries only means that the owner will deliver to the camping/use location of renters choice. Renter Will NOT TOW/Move THE Camper AT ANY Time. Location must be within 75 miles from 11200 Arlington Church Rd, Charlotte, NC 28227. If the location is within 25 miles, delivery is free. If it is between 25 - 50 miles, it is a $50 fee. If it is between 50 - 75 miles, it is a $100 fee. Delivery fee covers delivery and pickup. Setup is included if the camping location is an established camp site with full hookups (water, electric, ad sewer). If the location does not have full hookups, a $50 fee applies due to having to fill and dump the potable/grey/black water tanks.$1500 deposit required.Military/Veterans/First Responder Discount of 20% available with ID verification***It is the renters responsibility to make the arrangements for a camping location, ie booking a campsite, obtaining necessary landowner permission, paying festival/concert camping fees, etc***
