Responsive, accommodating host
Adam quickly answered questions, provided detailed videos/manuals for the rig, stocked essentials, and made pickup/drop-off smooth and efficient for renters.
Drives like a small van
Winny is easy to drive, economical, and fits in regular parking spots. Well-maintained and clean, it features solar power, a hydronic heater, and good AC, though off-grid cooking is limited to an electric griddle.

5.0Adam is a great communicator, easy to get in touch with. Provided excellent help along the way, even allowed us to adjust out itinerary. Winney was easy to drive, well maintained, and very capable. Surprisingly economical to drive for its size. A little bit of a learning curve for new RV’ers- couple of cold showers until we figured out the hot water system. :-), found the manuals and got on track. First time boon-docking and everything went well.

5.0RV worked incredibly well. Literally no issues on a roughly 9 day, 1500 mile adventure. Will likely rent again!

5.0Adam was good about communicating when we had questions. His quick responses may the process smooth. He has the videos that explain the details of his rig. There’s an app to download that helps you monitor battery level. We appreciated that easy pick up and drop off.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
How does the electric hook up work?
A.
To attach shore power (electric) use the provided black cord to plug Winny into the campsite power. Adapters are provided for 110 volt, 30 amp, and 50 amp connections.
Q.
How do I fill up the water tank?
A.
Using the blue cylindrical filter and white/blue hose attach the filter to the water supply, then attach the hose to the filter. Next attach the hose to the white water panel located behind the rear passenger door. Before turning your water supply on ensure the tank valves (red, white, green, and blue) are turned to the "Power Fill" positions. The diagram is on the white water panel above the valves. After fill up, turn off water, change to "Dry Camping", disconnect hose, and turn water pump on.
Q.
Is the Winny hard to drive?
A.
Winny is a 2022 Mercedes and very easy to drive thanks to all the sensors and cameras. The van is easy to maneuver and fits perfectly in a normal vehicle parking spot.
Q.
How do I empty the black water tank?
A.
The black water tank is a cassette toilet that can be accessed using the small, hip-height, door on the drivers side of the van. Open the door then pull up on the blue tab of the cassette toilet and remove it. Use the swivel pipe to empty the contents into a designated back water dumping area.
