Adjoining area has a electric fireplace/wall mount TV & audio station with indoor/outdoor speakers. Living area includes leather sofa & two comfy rocker chairs. Dinette table seats four comfortably. Lots of storage space above & below in the main area. Bathroom has a nice sized shower. Private bedroom with queen-sized bed, also has a wall mounted TV, wardrobe closet, bed side shelf/ closet on each side. Outside Canopy extends the length of area from door to outside storage that contains a small refrig. along with folding chairs, table & table top BBQ.What's includedLinens, cookware, utensils, acrylic/melamine dishes, stainless tableware, coffeemaker, hand mixer. BBQ (plus 2 propane cylinders) & table, 5 camp chairs, large outdoor mat.

We are 3 years into RVing since our trailer purchase in 2018. We have made various long trips to locations such as Lake Louise/Banff in Canada, Glacier Nat'l Park in Montana and recently West Yellowstone in Wyoming. Also, we have made short jaunts to Central Calif. Coast areas of Morro Bay, Moss Landing, Napa Valley in No. Calif. and Sierra Nevada Mountain areas of Lake Tahoe, Shaver & Huntington Lakes. We really love our "home" on wheels and enjoy the convenience of being able to prepare our meals or the choice of eating out. Have you been "house-bound" for too long?
