Roadside assistance is required for all rentals. If you have selected an insurance package that does not include roadside, it will be added to the reservation manually at checkout or afterwards and the cost is $9/day.
Your camper rental comes with 150km / 120 miles included per day. If you think you'll need more, the 500 package is a good alternative to avoid the $0.35 per km overage charge. It gives you 500 km renting within Canada or 500 miles if you are renting within the US.
