Comfortable pillow top mattress up front and separate back bedroom with full futon style bed and twin memory foam mattress. All bed linens are Beddys. Bathroom features a bathtub and vessel sink with a new water heater. The entire rig runs on electric no gas. Many extras included for your outdoor space as well. Topsail Hill Preserve at the beginning of the famous 30A is wonderful offering beach access, pool, bike rentals, trails and fishing. We also love Anchors Aweigh resort in Foley, AL just minutes from OWA and Gulf Shores the resort has many activities a large pool and hot tub along with pickle ball, beach volleyball and more Splash! in Milton is an amazing destination rv waterpark and still a short drive to the gorgeous Navarre Beach. Pensacola Beach is also a great option for an amazing down town area and so many places to eat.Other things to noteWe are pet friendly but no animals are allowed in the beds or to be left alone in the camper without being in a crate and never for more than a few hours. This RV is almost 50 years old so although restored it isn’t perfect and should be treated kindly. No taking the rig “boondocking” full hookups only there will be an extra charge for having to empty black and gray tanks. Absolutely no smoking. Weather permitting and when possible we prefer foods be cooked outdoors- since it’s such a small space smells can permeate easily.

My family and I are new to Outdoorsy and it was a really great experience our first time around. We loved the fact that we did not have to set up or breakdown the camper.
