38 foot fifth wheel, triple slide outs. Very spacious, and clean. Opposing slide outs in main living area create a very large space, that is very comfortable. There are two Lazy Boy, swivel rocker/recliners, as well as a jacknife couch that includes a queen size air mattress. The dining table is fixed, with five chairs, and is extendable to serve more people. The RV has central air and heat, and a central vacuum system, as well as a built in electric fireplace. There is a 46 inch tv in the main living area, and a 19 inch in the bedroom. Bedroom has a queen sized bed, and a very large closet, as well as a dresser and multiple storage areas. There are "Fantastic Fans" in the kitchen and bathroom as well. Outside is a 20 foot electric awning, and two very large storage areas. This RV is very comfortable, and it feels like a home away from home.
