I would not recommend renting this RV.. The owner did not fill the water tank so we did not have use of the restroom, sinks or shower. This RV may need an alignment because it constantly pulled to the right. This RV shook and rattled the whole time we were driving. It rattled and shook so much that one of the panels from the back area shook loose and fell. Also, a door to a cupboard above the table shook loose and fell. Electrical outlets did not work. We had no power to the refrigerator or the freezer. And worst of all, the air conditioning did not work well. If you were the driver or passenger you were able to feel some cold air but, if you were sitting behind the driver/passenger area you could not feel any air. And when you would accelerate or go up a slight hill, the air conditioning would shut off completely!! And part of our trip took us thru Arizona with 117 degree heat!! The owner charged us $200.00 to deliver the RV to our home and another $200.00 to pick it up. Once she was home, she text me to tell me that there was damage to the left rear of the outside of the RV. We did not damage the Rv and we did not see any damage when we were done with our trip. She also accused us of making the refrigerator and freezer smell. We did not use the refrigerator or the freezer. We could not, there was no power to the appliances. Outlets had no power. We had to end up renting hotel rooms when we reached our destination because we were not able to use the facilities in the RV and it was just too hot to stay in the RV with no to very little air conditioning. When we returned home, the owner had us empty the septic even though we did not use the toilet, sinks or shower. When we did empty the tank, their was urine and feces...and it was not from us! She is now trying to keep our security deposit. This was a terrible experience and I would never rent this RV again. I do not recommend renting this RV. It was a nightmare!!!
