Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If your towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid drivers license. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim. The latch to hold the door open was broken and we had to use a bungee cord to hold it open. The charging system was not working, we discovered the fuse had been taken out, so if the trailer was not connected to the vehicle, the battery quickly drained. We were without lights and had to get an electrician to assist us to get lights. Many of the drawers are broken with the latches not working. The bed's mattress hangs over the platform of the bed by over 2 ft. Very uncomfortable!

A very nice camper with lots of nice touches left by host. Very clean and everything worked. Host was very accessible and answered all questions promptly. Would definitely use again.

TV was not working and they did try to correct, but was not a major importance to us. Very accommodating and made trip out to try to correct. We told them not to worry about it. We had delivered and it was ready and set up when we arrived.
