2022 Open Range 180BHS

This Open Range 180BHS is Newbie friendly, easy to pull weighing approximately 3720 lbs empty and approximately 4900 lbs fully loaded. It also has a weight distribution hitch.

Don’t have a trailer brake controller? Don’t worry I will provide one for a fee. (Vehicle must have a 7pin connector)

You have about 18 ft of living space and the trailer is approximately 22 ft Hitch to bumper.

This unit will sleep up to 6 depending on how comfortable you want to be.

2 people can be accommodated on the Queen Size bed
1 person on each bunk for a total of 2 people.
1-2 people can sleep on the dinette bed.

Please Bring your own bed sheets and pillows as they are not provided
Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee, Upon owner approval

The rental includes: dishes/utensils/cups, cutting board, pots pans, camping chairs, dish soap, sponge, dish drying rack, RV toilet paper, first aid kit, fire extinguisher.

All newer RV’s need a Full 30 Amp site or Generator to run A/C, microwave etc.. Generator is available for a fee .

Non smoking, No off roading and No roof climbing

Towing With A SUV OR VAN Rental Conditions:

* IF Towing With a VAN OR SUV its the Renters responsibility to check and confirm that their vehicle can tow at least 4900lbs and has a 7 pin trailer connector. Towing Vehicle must also have a trailer brake controller.

** Your Booking Will BE Cancelled AND YOU MAY NOT Receive A Refund IF THE Rental Conditions Listed IN THE Paragraph Above ARE NOT MET.

***Insurance AND Roadside Assistance is Mandatory.

**** Must BE Canadian Licensed. International and U.S License is not accepted.

***** Please ensure that the RV is clean and returned in the same way it was given- ensure that all dishes are washed and stored, floor is clean, kitchen/ bathroom is clean and mattress protectors are clean. Please note failure to do so will result in an extra charge for cleaning the RV.
