We want to make sure your camping experience is memorable and relaxing in this very clean travel trailer with a great layout. Comfortable sleep for 7 people: 2 on queen bed, 3 on bunk beds and 2 on convertible dining table into sleeping space. Weight: Dry Weight: 4,620 lbs. Payload Capacity, 1, 280 lbs.; Gvwr: 5,900 lbs, Hitch Weight: 630 lbs. Construction: Body Material Aluminum and Sidewall Construction: Fiberglass. Dimensions: Length: 26.9 ft.; Width: 8 ft.; Height: 9.92 and Interior Height: 6.5 ft. 1 Fresh water holding tanks with capacity of 28.5 gal. Lots of storage to load all your fun stuff. The bathroom is at the back and has a tub/shower, a sink, and a toilet. To provide shade, it comes equipped with electric awning. Upon request, trailer can be equipped with camping chairs and table, outside huge mat and fully stocked with pots and pans and cutlery, dish soap, dish cloths. You need to provide your own duvet/blanket and pillows. Pets are allowed upon prior approval.
Renter is responsible for cleaning the trailer before it is returned. Please return it in the same condition as you received it. This includes draining both the gray tanks as well as the black tank.
Renters does not need to replace propane when they return the trailer. If you do run out while you are camping you will need to refill for your usage. Renters are responsible to advise us immediately if something goes wrong while the trailer is out. This is so we can prepare (get parts) so that the trailer can be ready for the next person.
If there is a special request that would make your experience be the best one, please don't hesitate to ask. What's includedIncluded kitchen needs: dish soap, cutlery, glasses, pots, kitchen towel. Bathroom: 1 roll of special toilet paper. Towels and soap upon request.
