1To whom it may concern, This was a terrible experience for our first time using a RV. We picked up the vehicle on Wednesday and had the tour of the vehicle. Noticed the bump outs struggled to go out. We leave Thursday for our destination. We arrive check in and find our site. We get all hooked up and do bumpouts, waterpump, then settle in. A few hours later we notice water coming from the bathroom. I dry up the water and look to see where the water is coming from. The water is coming from a area on the toilet that looks like it has some flex seal tape around it. We take a picture of the area and I call the owner to give me a call. He returns my call and I explain to him what's happening and he tells me that it probably has a Crack and the whole toilet will have to be replaced and to keep him up on the situation. If you have flex seal tape on the toilet then you already know that there is a problem. So now if we use the toilet, shower and the kitchen sink we have to shut the water off then dry up the water. When Saturday came we had enough of that and left our RV site and checked into a hotel. This was our first time in a RV so we didn't know that there is a check list that Outdoorsy uses that we found in the glove box when we were looking for a manual. So here is our list of things that should be taken care of before you try to rent this RV again, flex seal tape on the shower head, bump outs need lube, awning didn't go out, flex seal tape on the toilet and leaking. You live and learn and we learned the hard way. Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

4We had a great time camping despite the rainy week we had due to Tropical Storm Debby. We used our own linens and kitchen supplies so I didn’t rely on the renters things but items were available if we needed them! The owner has some mechanical issues to address that caught our concern. The stabilizers didn’t work, which we were informed about when we went to pick it up on the first day. This should’ve been communicated before the pick up not when we are getting the keys. The stabilizers/levelers were a safety issue while driving which we were not informed about, at all. The front right one would shimmy down while driving, we kept having to stop to push it back up. The spots we had weren’t level and not having the use of the stabilizers was an inconvenience. We saw a lot of rain while on our week long camping trip. We realized that the window/light above the bunk was leaking water so we had to keep putting a towel up so the bedding would stop getting wet. Overall, a decent experience.
