2021 Forest River XLR Hyperlite
This is a new Toy Hauler designed by Joanna Gaines from the TV show, Fixer Upper. The open floor plan allows for you to use the space in anyway you need to. The main living area has a kitchen, two rocking chairs with a small table, a TV, a dinning table with couches, and two queen size beds. The kitchen has a large sink, gas oven, 3 gas burners, fridge/freezer, and plenty of storage for food. It is great for pack n plays if you have little ones coming along with you as well. There is a full size bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. Towards the front of the RV, there is the master bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a door that connects the bathroom and master bedroom. There are speakers inside and outside the RV connected to the sound system along with LED lights throughout. The back ramp can be opened to make a patio. There is a screen door that can also be used to keep bugs out of the main RV area while using the patio. Toy space dimension - 14 feet and 6 inches long, 71 inches wide, and 67 inches tall.

Overall great experience. Owner explained how everything works and really helpful even to hook up and disconnect trailer. Awesome experience!! Definitely recommend!! Thank you to the owners once again.

The trailer was great, had everything we needed and then some. Very clean, and bed was comfortable. Pickup and drop off was super easy and The owners were great with communication and in person. We had a great trip. Thank you Clayton and Hailee for sharing your amazing trailer with us.

Q.What type of vehicle is needed to tow the trailer?

We require a 3/4 ton or larger vehicle with brake controller for towing our trailer. This insures that you vehicle has the towing capacity for a smooth travel.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

The pick up and drop off times are flexible. In some circumstances the location for pick up and drop off can also be in North Scottsdale if that is more convenient for the renter.
Q.Will my toy fit in this trailer?
A.
The toy space dimensions are 14 feet and 6 inches long, 71 inches wide, and 67 inches tall. Most large 4 seater side by sides will not fit unless you have a narrow wheel base.
