By submitting your reservation, you are reserving a camper/trailer and are held to these terms and conditions and acknowledging you have read and agreed to all herein.
***COVID-19: We have changed our check in process to allow for disinfecting, in addition to cleaning and inspection. We spray the entire camper with alcohol and upon drying, we inspect for damage, test amenities, and clean with bleach.
If your campsite cancels your reservation, we suggest looking into camping on BLM land. Every state has millions of acres of land to camp on FOR FREE. We have contacted the Colorado BLM and land has been open and remain open during the pandemic.***
**RENTALS BETWEEN OCTOBER 1ST AND MAY 1ST: We take all fresh water out of the camper, blow out the lines, and put antifreeze in making the fresh water amenities unavailable for use. However, you can bring your own water to wash dishes over the sink and use the toilet, if applicable. You can also purchase a solar shower bladder to shower in the camper. We put antifreeze in the grey and black tanks so that waste will not freeze, so that you can still use these amenities. You are still required to dump the waste tanks prior to return.
