***COVID-19: We have changed our check in process to allow for disinfecting, in addition to cleaning and inspection. We spray the entire camper with alcohol and upon drying, we inspect for damage, test amenities, and clean with bleach.
If your campsite cancels your reservation, we suggest looking into camping on BLM land. Every state has millions of acres of land to camp on FOR FREE. We have contacted the Colorado BLM and land has been open and remain open during the pandemic.***
**RENTALS BETWEEN OCTOBER 1ST AND MAY 1ST: We take all fresh water out of the camper, blow out the lines, and put antifreeze in making the fresh water amenities unavailable for use. However, you can bring your own water to wash dishes over the sink and use the toilet, if applicable. You can also purchase a solar shower bladder to shower in the camper. We put antifreeze in the grey and black tanks so that waste will not freeze, so that you can still use these amenities. You are still required to dump the waste tanks prior to return.
We require 50% of the reservation, which is due at booking. Payment is due in full at booking for generator rentals and those camper rentals falling within 2 weeks of pick up. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash and checks must be received at booking. Reservations will not be confirmed until the 50% is received, or the full amount is the reservation is within the next two weeks. The remaining 50% of the reservation is due 14 days prior to the reservation start date. The same credit card used at booking will be charged for the remaining 50% balance, unless otherwise notified. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge your knowledge of and participation in the transaction for the remainder charged. Driving at higher speeds can damage the tires, leaf springs, and axle. Absolutely no climbing on the campers. Camper wheels must be chocked prior to unhitching the campers and campers should be level with stabilizer jacks down while camping.
