Braden is a nice person; however, he did not disclose the issues with the RV before the trip. He arrived a little late with a flat tire and was not prepared to fix it. Luckily my father was there to assist him. It was clear the RV had just been pulled out of storage and was not cleaned prior to showing up to the campground. I had to spend the 1st day cleaning it just to get it to a point that I felt decent about letting my children sleep in it. There was mouse poop all over the camper - a lot! Dead bug guts over the ceiling. 2 sets of blinds were missing. 1 door did not work and the other one had to be slammed shut repeatedly to get it to stay shut (not great with sleeping kids inches away from the door). The camper was jacked up so high that is was very unstable. The whole thing would shake if someone merely rolled over in bed at night. The floor was damaged from a previous renter - we were not told about this until he set it up and let us come inside of it. It was not equipped with cooking gear. I had specifically asked about this and was told something contradictory to what was actually in the camper - I would have preferred the truth so I could have at least prepared. The outside of the camper was also dirty. My sisters both rented RVs for their families on this trip and they had great experiences with clean campers and prepared hosts. If you are looking for a clean/functioning camper, I recommend choosing someone else.
