This family bus is a Sunseeker 2022 Forest River RV. Comfort and class makes the Water Dragon a great RV, whether you’re on a quick weekend getaway or a special vacation. Our family loves camping and taking trips and we hope you’ll enjoy your experience also.Featuring sleeping arrangements for 8 people (queen bed, bunk bed, sofa bed, dining conversion, and loft), seating for 8 people with seat belts, a sink, a 3-burner gas stove, a convection microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a tub/shower combo, ventilation, AC and heater. There is also 40" LED tv with a cd/dvd/radio player.This RV has a 4KW generator, furnace/water heater, 44 gallon fresh water tank, 41 lb. propane tank, solar panels that charge two 12-volt 30-amp batteries, an 11' retractable awning and plenty of storage underneath for all of your adventure gear. What's includedIt includes clean fresh linens, pillows, and towels for the whole family.If you are a chef or a home cook, it is stocked with what you need to cook up a storm in the wilderness. It has both plastic and paper plates, bowls, and cups, as well as pots and pans, a cutlery set, cutting boards and flatware. - Prep fee: $195.00. This fee will cover cleaning and sanitizing which includes fresh linens, blankets, pillowcases, bath towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels and wiping down the whole cabin, brooming and mopping.
