2018 Coachmen Chaparral

RV has 3 slides, 2 large opposing to make a huge living area, with wardrobe closet slide in bedroom, fireplace, flat screen in living room and bedroom, indoor/outdoor speakers. There's a king bed in the master bedroom and also has a pullout queen sofa in the living room. Comes stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, Rv glasses, mugs, pots/pans, silverware, cooking utensils, crockpot, toaster, coffee pot, 4 outdoor chairs, outdoor rug, and outdoor garbage can. We only deliver and pick up. We don’t allow anyone to pull it. I will drop it off, set it up completely with slides and connections, chairs, so it is ready for you to just arrive and start your vacation. Then I'll take over after your vacation is completed and pack it up, disconnect. Please ask resort or park for a somewhat level site with electric and water hook up (sewer as well if you prefer; no showering without full hookup), pull through site a plus.
This is a non-smoking rv, meaning nothing that produces smoke. If the unit smells like smoke, I’ll immediately take it to a remediation company and remove the cost from your security deposit, plus 200/day for time I can’t rent it out.
