Sleeps large family.. cold AC ,29 feet inside of comfy comfort, 32 inch TV, 12 foot slide out . Tows nice with included Reese weight distribution hitch and anti-sway bar. Bunk Beds for the Kids. All the convivences of home except washer/dryer.

Fresh Sheets,Towels, Kitchen utensils , pots /pans, silverware, induction bruner, Stove,32 in smart fire TV,Blu-ray player with over 50 movies. Blankets,cups ,glasses,TP, paper towels.Recommendations
Starve Rock park water falls are great only 45 miles away. Also we enjoy Hickory Hills near El Paso only 8 miles away from Gridley . I will also Deliver the RV to a camp ground.Other things to note
