Only 25,000 miles, brand new tires, new upholstery, and lots of extras!Let me know what kind of snacks and drinks you want and I'll make sure there is some ready and waiting on the RV along with a couple cases of bottled water.Luxury flannel bedding/down comforters on Master bed, AC, fridge, sink, microwave, range, shower, toilet, smart flatscreen TV/DVD, am/fm radio, dvd player, backup camera, navigation, 2 slide outs & very low mileage-- is basically like brand new. New sleeping bags for the bunks, lawn chairs, a table, lanterns, cookware, silverware, dishes, table cloths, coolers, and there are tons of games, bluetooth speaker, playing cards, poker chips, etc.There is also a tent + sleeping bags + comfort sleeping mats in case some want to sleep outdoors!Also I have plenty of off street parking available if you need to park a few cars at my home...that's not a problem at all.As for the coach itself it's in great shape, very clean, the couch and kitchen dinette benches have just been reupholstered and we just replaced all 3 12v batteries and all 6 tires are brand new. (5/5/2021.)What's includedPretty much everything you need from towels to toiletries to pots and pans, dishes, coffee pots, playing cards/games/poker set, a tent/air mattress to sleep outdoors, plenty of towels, wash clothes, hand towels, luxury flannel bedding/down comforter on Master bed, brand new pillows/pillow cases/sleeping bags on the bunks, navigation, back up camera and much much more.Basically anything we think you'll need...we've tried to include. No running to the store every 15 minutes to get things you forgot to pack....Like a bottle opener or pair of scissors or book of matches....we got you covered.Our first guests said "You thought of everything."
