2022 Thor Chateau
Fully loaded RV, perfect for a big family looking to get out and make some unforgettable memories!! Sleeps 9 (1 queen comforter/sheet set, 5 additional blankets/sheets, and 9 pillows). Say goodbye to MREs because we have everything you need to cook with—One stock pot, 3 pans (one cast iron), 1 pizza baking sheet, utensils, dishes and a hook up for an outdoor kitchen. Make yourself a hot cup of coffee with our Keurig and sit out enjoy the fresh air (2 camping chairs included) or cuddle up and watch a movie, instead! Fresh towels will be provided as well as toiletries, so take advantage of either our indoor or outdoor shower! A foldable table and/or cooler can be available upon request, at no charge! We have everything you would need for your glamping adventure —trust me you’ll never want to sleep in a tent again!
With that being said, we have an SUV cargo tent, for rent, if your party is too big for one RV ;)
Additional luxuries: Indash back-up monitor, Hdmi hook ups (dvd-player attached), 40 in tv (cable ready), usb charging station and 12v plug ins, large refrigerator/freezer, and much more!
Absolutely no smoking/drug use/drunk driving and EDC/Burning Man is prohibited.
Please refrain from going on the roof for any reason.
Circumstantially we will allow pets, but we will review this case by case, with an additional pet deposit upon approval.
Please return black and gray tanks emptied and gasoline and propane full. We will deduct 5 dollars a gallon for the fuel and 150.00 for full tanks from the deposit.
Please clean up any messes/dishes. We can do it for you for an extra $150 just to make things easier for you!

Recommendations
If you want to stay in town, Oasis RV Resort has wonderful amenities and a tour at the Hoover Dam is a must! A short road trip could lead you to Laughlin or Valley of Fire but theres’s also the Grand Canyon and Sedona if Arizona intrigues you. Lake Tahoe or Yosemite is always a great adventure, but my all time favorite is Zion!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are fairly flexible with pick-up/drop-off times, as long as it is arranged 24 hours prior to the annotated pick-up/drop-off times detailed in the listing. Should you drop-off late, without prior approval, you will be charged $50 for every 2 hours late. If you return anytime after 7:00pm, you will be charged for a full day, plus a $25 admin fee.
