It was doomed from the beginning. When we arrived to pick up RV the manager looked lost as if why are we here. I told him we are scheduled to pick today. With a confused look he tells me oh we didnt expect you til tomorrow. So we ge to the RV and the LCD on the back up camera is cracked and the radio doesn't even work. I had been in contact with owner but no response. I realize after she got all of my payment she was really hard to contact. I told her before as a first time RV renter I had alot of questions but she was no help after getting paid fully. Before the booking it was quick responses. Anyhow we are on a schedule to the next campsite so we couldn't afford to be delayed so I decided ill just have to have a spotter when I back up so we moved on. By the way the introduction was quick and short and if I did have questions it was cut short with let me finish and I'll get to that so very rude. An hour into our trip the ac in the camper side shuts off. We didnt even make it to our first campsite schedule in Biloxi. We had to stop everytime ac shuts off and flip the breaker back on the first few times. We did not make it to our destination first night. We were seriously thinking of just turning back home but we decided to keep going. Owner would have a technician meet us next day. Second day we make it to our destination at gulf shores late since we had to stop everytime the ac shut off. It would shut off basically every hour. Technician meets us there but couldn't exactly tell us the exact issue thats causing it. The whole trip we did not use any appliances or tvs since we were worried that it would cut off AC. Im determined to make it to SC to visit my dad that I havent seen in 4 yrs so we kept on. Owner tells me there will be no other option since I denied repairs from the tech who I asked specifically if he fixed the outlets would it fix the AC issues and he said NO but ill have an option to use those plugs but I didnt want to waste anymore time if it wouldnt fix the AC issue. We never used those plugs the whole trip anyway. I let the owner know that I would be in SC for 4 days so I would have more time to spend with tech since those nights at campsites were schedule for 1 night only. Knowing the issues we were having the owner never responded to my text messages til I got back home to Houston unbelievable! The whole way up to SC and back to Houston the AC shut off almost every hour or two. We had elderly couple as well as 3 kids staying in the camper and the owner knew that. The only good thing is the engine side of the RV got us there safely and back and that is what earn this a 1 star rating! HELL NO I would not let anyone go thru what I went thru so I would not rent again from this owner! I feel like she did not care about the people that she rented this beat up RV or she would of responded to us about AC issues in the middle of a freaking summer. Oh by the way the 3 smart Samsung tvs were no where to be found as she posted. My kids were looking forward to connecting their phone and watching TV in the outdoors so they were sorely disappointed that they had NONE. The tvs were some off brand and definitely were not smart.

Very fun first time RV experience! The introduction to the vehicle was a little quick, but we were able to find the manual online that answered all the questions we had. We did still end up having issues with the TV signal and the gas heat that were weren’t able to figure out.

My family and I had an amazing time ... I have a huge family (2 -18 year olds, a 6,4,2 and 5 month old with my husband and I) and we all fit comfortably! Everything worked excellent, we had no issues with anything and if we had any questions Christy was so quick at responding no matter the time ... she was so understanding and working with us on time and everything!!! This is the first time we have ever done this and will only do it again with Christy and will highly recommend her to all my friends! It is such a great rate for such a great product and exceptional service! We literally traveled over 1500 miles and went to 3 different state parks/rv parks and had no issues with anything with this rv!

I would say, I had the worsts first experience renting an RV. I was skeptical from the start as there were not that many pictures posted about how the RV looks inside and also what all were included with the RV. I communicated several time checking what all were available to do my pre shopping for the trip but I found couple of items that were mentioned that was included was not in the RV. Also day 1, the compartment key broke the first attempt to open it, my security deposit has already been claimed before getting a quote. I did call Outdoorsy and the confirmed that a claim shouldn’t be done before a quote has been presented. It’s been 5 days and the quote still hasn’t been available and my $1000 has been taken by the owner.
