This family-friendly destination campground is part of the Indiana Beach Boardwalk and Resort and provides easy access to that venue as well as everything else that the area has to offer. In fact, you can purchase discounted entrance tickets and get to the resort via ferryboat or trolley service. The campground itself has a swimming pool and splash pad, miniature golf, three playgrounds, a game barn, two pavilions, two camp stores, and firewood and propane service. Restrooms and showers, laundry facilities, a dump station, and Wi-Fi are also available. Special events and themed weekends are held throughout the season at this fun-filled Monticello campground.The RV sites can accommodate large rigs, and sites are either pull-through or back-in and may be full-service or have electric and water hookups. Power is 20, 30, or 50 amp. Sites also include picnic tables, fire rings, and cable hookups, and deluxe sites feature concrete patios and charcoal grills. And you won't have to leave the pups at home when you're camping at Indian Beach Campground; pets are welcome at the campsites here, though they aren't allowed at the resort.

The Cass County Dentzel Carousel, designated a National Historic Landmark in 1987, has a place of pride in this park. The carousel features 43 hand-carved animals, commemorative bricks and stones, and its own souvenir booth. The park also features a miniature train and track, miniature golf, a bridge, a playground, sports and recreation fields, a gazebo, a picnic shelter, restrooms, and a concession stand. Special events are held throughout the year, such as Adult Grocery Bingo, BooFest, 4th of July, and more.

The Indiana Beach Boardwalk and Water Park Resort is adjacent when you're camping at Indiana Beach Campground. This spectacular amusement park features over 40 rides ranging from mild to wild, a kids’ area, and a waterpark area with tubes, a water coaster, water slides, and a splash park. There is also a swimming area with a sandy beach. There are plenty of concessions with classic boardwalk and beach treats as well as healthy options and adult beverages. Enjoy live music performances and other special events throughout the season. You’ll also have the opportunity to buy customized and personalized t-shirts, henna tattoos, stickers and decals, hair wraps, and caricature sketches. Gift shops include taffy and fudge, towels and beach gear, branded apparel, collectibles, and other souvenirs.For those who are interested in somewhat more sedate activities with a campervan rental near here, there are great opportunities for antiquing and other retail therapy. Enjoy exploring eclectic, independently owned antique boutiques and emporiums as well as the cooperative Artisan and Antique Mall with many vendors offering a wide range of collectibles, vintage items, housewares, crafts, and flea market finds. What type of RV should I choose?

Start by determining how many people are planning to travel with you. Going on a solo-journey? Choose a camper van or a teardrop trailer. Bringing the whole family along for the ride? Consider a spacious Class A or five-wheel.

Do the RVs have bathrooms?

Yes. Class A’s, Class B’s, and Class C’s and five-Wheels typically have bathrooms. Depending on where you plan on camping, you’ll want to double-check the availability of restrooms if selecting a rig without a bathroom. Nervous about renting an RV with a bathroom? Owners can help show you how to clean the tank or will offer to do it for you for a fee.

How does check-in work?

A.

Once an Owner approves your RV reservation, you can coordinate a time to pick up your rig or have it delivered to your doorstep or campsite. At that point, the owner will do a key exchange with you and walk you through the RV and answer any questions you might have.
