4.0I am an experienced RV traveler. I rented dozens of time and even owned two RV's in the past. At first, the communication with Adam was spotty and we had difficulties getting the vehicle and with some features / request that were not met. When heard about Adam went above and beyond to satsify our needs and paid close attention before, during and after the trip and for that reason I would recommand him to any other travelers. People and quality of services are tested in difficult time and Adam won my respect, loyalty and admiration - few ribbons too. !

3.0The Campervan ran well, and got us from A to B. That was most important to us. There were quite a few disappointments, however. There were no plates, bowls or cups--we had to stop and buy them. A promised sleeping pad was absent. The sleeping bags smelled like feet. The drawers swung out when driving on turns, we had to put a pillow in the drawer to keep this controlled. Host was inconsistently responsive to needs/questions. When I returned the van in similar cleanliness condition as we received it, I was charged $200. When I discussed this fee with the host, in light of the above disappointments, he refused to refund, until he contacted Outdoorsy, who convinced him to return this fee. For the reasons stated above, I'd book elsewhere next time.
