This was my first time using a camper van, and unfortunately, my experience with both the host and van was much worse than expected. The listing says there are 4 seat belts but does not clearly mention that 2 are lap belts in the back. If traveling with a baby needing a car seat, I would not recommend this van. The listing also shows seats behind the driver that are not actually there, which caused us significant trouble trying to travel safely with our child. Two people can sleep comfortably on the bunk bed, but the lower bunk has very little headroom and may feel claustrophobic. The bathroom only has a curtain, and an adult cannot comfortably use the toilet cassette. Grey water outlet is odd and cannot be connected to the dump site. The listing needs more interior photos to accurately show the van’s layout. Communication with the host was very poor, with responses sometimes taking days. There was no walkthrough at pickup, so I had to figure out most of the things myself. We also encountered unexpected cleaning and airport drop-off fees that were not clearly disclosed beforehand. There were some positives: the microwave, Starlink Wi-Fi, and hydraulic bunk bed.
