Pick UP IS AT 3pm, Drop OFF IS AT 10AM. This is so we have time to clean and sanitize the van before the next renter. Please DO NOT try to change the times in the listing when booking. No smoking, empty and reset your toilet cartridges right before you bring it back, no drinking and driving, treat him like he’s yours. Shut off the propane tank while driving (see videos). The generator is between the rear wheels and does not have much ground clearance. Please no off-roading. Tame dirt roads are ok. We start you off with about 1/2 tank of potable water because it is not wise to drive around with 300 lbs of water sloshing around in a full tank! A hose is in the rear facing utility cabinet for filling once you reach your destination.
Return check list:
1) Fill the gas tank
2) Fill propane tank (7/8ths or more)
3) Reset the toilet cartridge (see video)
4) Leave dirty linens on the bed
5) Drain grey water tank (see video)What's includedPlenty of storage cabinets in here! We provide linens, pillows and towels. We also have the kitchen stocked with utensils, pots, plates and bowls for use. There is a small fridge, but we recommend bringing a cooler too or renting the Yeti. If you need to use one you can add that into the rental.Pick up is at our house in Bigfork at 3pm or later, drop off is 11am. Please look here if you need a shuttle service from Glacier International Airport.[URL removed]RecommendationsThere are so many state parks here! Many have camping. You can go into Glacier, or stay at Flathead Lake. There are also many campgrounds. There are various hot springs to find. So many great places to visit here in the Flathead Valley area! Lake Mary Ronan is a little cute spot too.

Review summary

Communication often praised, sometimes inconsistent
Many guests praise the host's responsiveness and helpfulness; however, some reported slow replies, required follow-ups, listing inaccuracies (mileage, inclusions), and unfulfilled charges. Pickup is virtual.
Easy to drive, mostly well-equipped
Guests found it easy to drive and comfortable for trips, often well-equipped with amenities. However, some experienced issues like uncleanliness, lack of potable water, faulty heater, or broken interior components.

3.0We had a fantastic trip and were so grateful to be able to rent this van. We spent 12 days exploring Glacier National Park and Banff and made some incredible memories. The van drove well and was a great home base for our adventure. There were a few aspects of the experience that were different from our previous Outdoorsy rentals. Pickup and drop-off were completely virtual, rather than meeting with the host in person. In the past, hosts have walked us through the van at pickup, but this host provided a video instead. Since we had rented this model before, we didn’t watch it, but first-time renters may this a challenge. Communication was the biggest area that could be improved. Before our trip, I reached out to confirm what was included in the van (such as shampoo, utensils, and dishes) because the listing indicated none were provided, and I wanted to be sure what to pack. After the trip, I also had questions about the mileage charge. The listing stated 100 miles per day, but we were charged for exceeding 75 miles per day. The host explained that they only allow 75 miles per day, but it was confusing since it didn’t match the listing. In both cases, I had to send a follow-up message before receiving a response. I also asked whether we could store our luggage before the 3:00 p.m. pickup since the listing stated there were no early pickup or late drop-off options. We never heard back but upon pickup it ended up being a virtual process and the van seemed available. At pickup, there were a few personal items left in the van, including what appeared to be a child’s backpack and some books. It seemed like they had simply been left behind by mistake. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and really enjoyed the van. It’s our favorite way to experience the National Parks. A few improvements to communication, ensuring the listing details are accurate, and doing a final check of the van before each rental would make the experience even better.

1.0I was charged $50 for an early pick up and late return and was told this is not possible due to the short turn around. The $50 was not returned to my account. The Van was supposed to be cleaned and sanitized - the van was neither cleaned nor sanitized. The add states there would be 1/2 tank of potable water - there was no water in the tank. Without water the toilet was not usable. The campground we were in did not have potable water. The grey water tank was full when we picked up the van, we had to find a RV dump to drain this tank. There was an error code for the propane heater - not being tec savvy I was not able to reset this code resulting in no heat for the duration. The owner did not have the van checked to be sure all utilities were working. We I picked up the van a young girl answered the residences door and said the keys were in it. I checked the van and saw no cleaning had taken place and had to ask for clean sheets. The were missing slats on the bed frame and broken access doors.
