No Smoking or drug use is allowed in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
Return the RV in the same condition as when you picked it up. We do not charge a prep fee and would like to keep it that way for our renters. Kitchen clean with all dishes washed and stored, garbage empty, appliances cleaned, refrigerator/freezer empty and clean, tanks empty, bathroom clean, bedding stripped. No trash left behind. Floor swept. We understand camping can be messy business, allow yourself time before return to clean up after yourself. We will do a deep clean, sanitize, stock fresh linens etc., for the next person. We will charge a cleaning fee if it is not returned odor free, trash free, mud free, fur free, etc.
Well behaved dogs welcome at no additional fee. We do not want to charge extra for dogs, so please do your part to help us keep it this way. Dogs are not to be left in the RV unattended AT ANY TIME. Nervous dogs out of their normal routine can sometimes surprise us with destructive behavior. So for their safety, and the safety of our rig, do not leave them in the camper when you are not there. Upon booking, please share information on your furry travel companion(s)!!! We understand some dogs shed, and some do not. We have a German shepherd and a golden doodle as our furry companions - so we understand shedding! However, we do strive to prep our unit so there is NO EVIDENCE a dog was in here. We ask that you return the favor. We find that brushing our German Shepherd outside daily while we are camping significantly reduces shedding. So bring a brush, be mindful of tick and flea maintenance, and enjoy the outdoors!

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Pick up is 11:00 a.m. and drop off is 3:00 pm. Contact owner 48 hours prior to departure, as well as 48 hours before return for alternate arrangements. Renter will be charged according to RV Departure form for late return. While we would like to be accommodating for early/late pickups and drop offs, it may not be possible due to books prior to and after your booking. If you have questions, please get in touch and we will see what we can do!

Please allow 2 hours for pick up and drop off. This allows us to get you familiar with your rental and set you up for success!! There will also be pre and post inspection, pictures, test drive, and anything else that may come up.
