• Unlimited mileage, but pease keep track so I can service the tires at the appropriate interval.

• We will provide fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillow case for both beds.
• You bring your own pillow, sleeping bag or comforter

• We provide one pan, one spatula, and a set of two : dishes, forks, cups, spoons and knives
•
• We provide a two burner propane stove, you provide your own 1 pound propane. (Can be bought at Walmart, Hardware store Target, etc)

• We provide a gas generator (2500 Peak watts and 1900 running watts) and an empty 5 gallon gas can. You fill it up and return empty.

- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
