Welcome to the perfect trailer to enjoy many memories with your family, friends, and pets. Our trailer comes equipped with all that you would need to enjoy wherever you are staying. This travel trailer has 1 slide out and can sleep 6 people. It has a 44 gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon gray water tank, and a 30 gallon black water tank. This unit has a height of 11' 1" ft 1 inches and a width of 8 ft 0 inches. Hitch weight is 565 lbs., ship weight is 5320 lbs., and the Gvwr is 7565 lbs. Weight distributing hitch included with rental. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dining ware, cutlery etc. Freshly cleaned towels and linens are provided. Enjoy a game with the family inside, watch a movie provided, read a book from our selection or play outside with one of the yard games included in your rental. There is also an outside kitchen and mini fridge to enjoy while you sit around your campsite under the slide out awning. The tub/shower combo is perfect for little ones. We hope that you choose our trailer to make lifelong memories with, and to help those memories we include a complimentary bottle of wine when more than 4 nights are booked. With every booking we will have a thank you basket waiting for you to enjoy on your arrival of your trip. We provide extras that are available on your stay at an extra cost and can be taken from the deposit eg: over the counter medicine, toiletries that may have been forgotten at home, sunscreen, bug spray. There are extra add ons to your rental if you would like to add, a folding table, easy up. and portable propane grill for an additional fee. Cleaning fee is $100.00. *All tanks must be fully emptied and rinsed before returning the trailer. There is a $40.00 dumping fee that will be charged if the tanks are full. (This does not apply to Full Hook up delivery)
*If you do not have sewer hook ups but there is a dump station at the campground that you are staying at then it is only a $25.00 fee.
*If a pet has an accident on carpeted area or mattress, you are to make owner aware for proper cleaning. There will be an additional $30.00 pet fee.
*Two full propane tanks are provided at the beginning of rental. If you are to run out during your rental. it is renter's responsibility to refill existing tanks to finish their vacation.

Hello, my name is Kayle and my husband is Ryan. We have 4 children and 1 dog who absolutely love going camping. These trips give us so many memories to look back on. We are so fortunate to have these experiences and hope that renting our trailer will give you some of the same memories. Our favorite time to go camping is during fall and early spring when it is still cool outside and we can enjoy all of the campsite amenities. My favorite trip so far is at Vail Lake in Temecula, CA during their Halloween festivities.
