Over 100 miles a day allowed in Tumbleweed! You won't regret setting foot in this desert oasis. Tumbleweed may have been decorated like a desert, but she enjoys trips to the beach and mountains as well! This Coachmen was just completely remodeled from floors to knobs and has every touch of a home. The cozy queen size memory foam mattress will have you fast asleep. Your companions can also choose from a new pull out sofa or the oversized queen sleeping bunk above the cab.Tumbleweed is stocked with most of your kitchen necessities like paper plates, utensils, pots, pans and more! She's also all teched out with a back-up camera, Built in GPS Navigation and Bluetooth connection with Apple Car Play and Android Auto. Even the outdoor space has a CD player, bluetooth and speakers for an enjoyable outdoor space.Plenty of storage in the cabin as well as below for all your personal belongings.Tumbleweed's unique dining area gives you plenty of choices for set-up has a custom fold up table that can be put away for more open spacious entertainment or opened up and expanded for a convenient eating area. With the giant slide pushed out and the folding table away, you can even set up a 6' folding table in between to seat even more people for a nice meal.You can easily and comfortably sleep 5, but a tight 6 could work if you have 3 smaller bodies in the top bunk.Don't let the spacious 31' scare you, it's super easy to drive and we will happily give you a quick demonstration upon arrival. Lastly, as a part of our commitment to an easy and enjoyable experience, we have prepared tutorial videos that are easily viewed from your phone for every component of the RV. No more guessing or frantic youtube searches last minute. We've got you covered!If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!What's included4' Camping table, bed sheets, Cookware, Handheld Vacuum, Keurig machine, basic toiletries like hand soap and disinfectant wipes, toilet paper. Grey and black water tanks are to be dumped prior to returning the RV or a $175 fee will be applied.
Mileage included per night is 115 miles, any miles above that threshold will equate to $0.35 per mile and will be deducted from the safety deposit.
Cleaning fees will be relevant to the interior condition when you return the RV, if cleaning is required. The renter is not accountable for washing the exterior of the RV.
Any damage interior or exterior due to negligence is the responsibility of the renter and additional deductions may be taken from the security deposit.
We understand that accidents happen from time to time, we just ask that you notify us immediately if something does go wrong so we can resolve it quickly so you can ultimately enjoy your trip.

Working with Amber and Jason was easy, and stress free. Great communication , meant there were no surprises The RV was great, and was as advertised. Lots of wonderful upgrades made to this coach. The BEST mattress I've ever slept on, in an RV. Awesome experience . Would rent from them again.

Had a great time using this rental. Everything worked great, awesome communication, drove smoothly, was clean and in order. We would definitely love to rent this RV again for another family trip. Thank you also for our thoughtful family welcome gift. Our girls loved making s’mores in our camping trip!

Such a fantastic experience we had in this wonderful RV. The owners are so thoughtful and thoroughly provided essentials and more, they're also very sweet and accommodating. The keypad door entry was a huge bonus. Everything is very clean and cozy. The RV drives great, sometimes you forget you're driving an RV because its so smooth and responsive. Everything we needed worked as expected. The AC kept us cool during hot desert days. Definitely interested in booking again for our future trips.
