Note To Renters From The USA: For those needing delivery and pick up, I am happy to cross the border as long as the delivery site is not more than 60 miles from my address just a short drive from the border.This brand new, bunkhouse style trailer has a fully equipped indoor kitchen which includes a two burner cooktop, microwave oven, and double sink. You will also have your own full bath with roomy toilet area, shower/tub combo, as well as a sink and vanity mirror. It has a Murphy style queen-size bed (turns into a couch when folded up) as well as double-size bunk beds (could sleep two small children each) and a dinette that turns into a twin-size bed. There is also plenty of extra storage under the couch and dinette benches.This single axle trailer is easily towed by a wide variety of vehicles (eg: SUV or 1/2 ton truck) and is simple to set up at your site. Enjoy the roomy interior while relaxing on the inside and ease of towing while pulling it on the road.What's included- Electric tongue jack to save the hands & arms

Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. It can hold an additional 4 small children.I am available for delivery and pickups on Mon., Tues., Thur., Fri., & Sat. of most weeks. I offer deliveries and pick ups on Sun. evenings or Wed. mornings. If you are wanting to tow the trailer yourself, I can accommodate pickup and drop-off times in the evening on Sundays and in the mornings on Wednesdays and am flexible with times all the other days of the week.No parties in trailer.No taking trailer on rough roads (other than in RV parks).No smoking or drugs in trailer.Plan time at pick-up & drop-off for orientation & inspection. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Pick up and drop off times can be flexible with the exception of Wednesdays and Sundays. On Wednesdays, pick ups and drop offs can take place before noon. On Sundays, pick up and drop offs must be after 5pm. All other days can be negotiated.
