- Prep fee: $100.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Refilling propane tanks Cleaning sewer tanks and refilling with proper Chemicals.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible on picking up trailer and helping you getting you hitched up and ready to go . Same with dropping off upon returning from trip.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Some parks have full hook ups . Sewer water and electricity . But if you are doing dry camping we you have you set up with a fresh water tank holding ,generator if needed.
Battery backup propane for hot water and fridge . Black and gray water wast holding tanks. Please let us know if you will be dry camping so we can have all set up for you.
Q.Is my furry friend Fido able to come with?

We do allow dogs two max . I just ask that you purchase extend insurance for inside coverages. Also a dog fee of $50.
