2014 Coachmen Apex Ultra-Lite 258RKS - The Apex is a lightweight, all-season, travel trailer. It has a queen size bed in the private bedroom and the couch and table both convert to sleeping areas. The walk in shower is accessible to taller people. It also has an outdoor shower if needed. The AC is cold and the heat is hot. Since this is an all-season travel trailer, you can camp at most anytime of the year due to the increased insulation. The kitchen has a refrigerator that runs off both electric and propane, a gas oven and stove, and microwave. The water heater runs off of both electric and gas as well, but warms much more quickly with gas. It also has a front and a rear entry and an HD antenna attached to the roof. It is in very good shape and very clean. There is a TV in the bedroom and living area. (A cleaning fee of $100 will be deducted from the security deposit if not returned clean. If your pet soils or tears any cloth material, $100 will be deducted from the security deposit. If your pet chews or destroys anything on the interior or exterior of the RV, the security deposit will be held and you will be billed for damages. I love pets. I have one myself. Sometimes our pets have accidents though, and I believe the pet owner should be held responsible for those damages.) No off road rentals unless we can agree to a cleaning fee for the exterior and interior prior to rental.
