Cheap rig, cheap finishes and not really worth the daily. Lots of noise, rattling, squeeky and bumpy while driving, Generator was working sometimes, not all the time during the week we used the camper. Safa was available for troubleshooting but the heater just barely worked so not much help there. Overall, it was not worth the money and he would not let us return the rig early even though we were unsatisfied most of the trip.
Safa’s answer
I am sorry Ryan about your experience, but the time that you have rented the rig you we’re my second renter so it was brand new, I walked you through everything and how to use the components also when you need help we troubleshoot it together and it worked, I understand this is your first time using an RV, as well as returning the rig early I don’t like to do under the table deals or refunds that is against outdoorsy policy. Refunds usually go through outdoorsy not through me.
