Ramblin’ Rentals is located in Millinocket; the heart of the Katahdin region near entrances to Baxter State Park and the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. Our camper “Bertha” is a 2010 RPod 176T. She comes equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. - Wet bath (toilet/shower combo) - Kitchen area w/ gas stove, sink, microwave, and fridge - Entertainment center w/ TV, dvd player, and radio - Heater for colder nights - Light weight & easy to haul At the front is a single bunk, perfect for a child or small adult. In the rear is a pop-out (short) queen size bed that sleeps two and a dining area that can be converted to an additional full size sleeping area where two people can sleep. We will verify that your vehicle can safely haul the unit prior to pickup. Your vehicle must be able to tow at least 3500 lbs. No tow vehicle? No problem! We can arrange to deliver and set up Bertha at any of the local campgrounds in the Katahdin Region. Delivery and setup includes a base fee of $100 and and covers a 25 mile radius from our location. Recommendations

There are many campgrounds in the Katahdin Region to pick from. We recommend finding a campground in the region that has RV hookup (power and water) like Big Moose Campground, Wilderness Edge Campground, Katahdin Shadows, and others. You can find a list of accommodations through the Katahdin Chamber of Commerce online. If you need help picking a campground we are happy to point you in the right direction.

We may deny requests to take our campers to off-grid locations due to road conditions and additional wear and tear on the campers systems.

Other things to note

We take pride in helping people create a memorable camping experience but we are not vacation planners. There are many resources online to help you find the perfect campground, hiking trails, fishing spots, etc. We specialize in our campers and making sure you are comfortable wherever you decide to go. If there is anything you need that we don't currently provide, please let us know.

My husband, 3 year old son and I went camping in Lubec, ME. Bertha was awesome and was stocked with all of the necessary amenities. We hauled her with our Jeep and had no issues. She was easy to set up and provided us with a comfortable camping experience. The owners were amazing and had excellent communication. They provided a special toy bin for our son, which he enjoyed much and was so thoughtful. We recommend these owners to anyone looking for a positive, personal camping experience.

We used Bertha for overflow at a cottage we have rented the last several years. It was perfect for 3 adults and a 5 yr old. The owners were very responsive when I initially contacted them. They answered all my questions. They delivered and set the camper up for us at the agreed time. They came back 3 days later and efficiently removed it for us. They were friendly and informative. We would definitely rent from them again. It was our first time trying a rental and Stephanie and Peter made it easy!
