RecommendationsThere are many campgrounds in the Katahdin Region to pick from. We recommend finding a campground in the region that has RV hookup (power and water) like Big Moose Campground, Wilderness Edge Campground, Katahdin Shadows, and others. You can find a list of accommodations through the Katahdin Chamber of Commerce online. If you need help picking a campground we are happy to point you in the right direction. We may deny requests to take our campers to off-grid locations due to road conditions and additional wear and tear on the campers systems. Other things to noteWe take pride in helping people create a memorable camping experience but we are not vacation planners. There are many resources online to help you find the perfect campground, hiking trails, fishing spots, etc. We specialize in our campers and making sure you are comfortable wherever you decide to go. If there is anything you need that we don't currently provide, please let us know.

Frequently asked questions

Q.

A.

We try to be as flexible as we can be when scheduling pick up and drop off. We both work typical office hours but with enough notice we can try to set up a time that works best for you.

Meet your host, Ramblin' Rentals

Member since 2020

Ramblin' Rentals is a small, family owned business operating in the heart of the Katahdin region. We are a young family that enjoys live music and exploring everything our beautiful state has to offer! We love camping with our two kiddos and our rescue dog at family friendly events and going on couples adventures to explore New England. We have taken our camper to music festivals and private campgrounds throughout Maine. We've also used it to boondock and for extra space at family events. We have enjoyed using our camper so much that we want others to be able to do the same. Ramblin' Rentals is all about small rigs and big memories!
