This trailer is in like new condition and absolutely great for family camping. With an interior length of 18ft you can book the premier beach side camping spots that have length restrictions. It's light weight construction makes for an easy tow with just about any SUV or truck and saves on fuel. Kids love the rear bunks and the table folds into a bed, comfortably sleeping a family of 5. This RV is extremely simple to operate so you can focus on camping. When you get to the camp site you hook up the electrical, turn on the propane and everything works like you would expect.The AC and heater works in minutes depending what you need. It has a 6 gallon water heater for showers. We leave bedding in the trailer for the front bed and cooking utensils in the cabinets There is a surprising amount of storage under the front bed, and under the table seats. This model does not have a generator but does have solar and batteries if you don't have hook ups. The battery has enough power to run the fridge and lights without any problems. The only reason you would need hook ups if for the AC, and you can rent an exterior generator if needed.When you send an inquiry please let me know your planned location, and what type of vehicle you have. Standard pick up time is 5pm and all returns are due back by 5pm. Early pick up is available at 7:30am for a half day fee. I have a day job so I can't accommodate weekday pick ups between 8am to 5pm.

My Wife Roxxanne and I love to camp and we own a couple trailers and a motorhome. We enjoy meeting new people and love to share the experience of camping with other locals.
