It has all the amenities of a modern trailer such as hot water, AC, microwave etc with the feel of a vintage experience. The trailer is also very light weight at about 3000lbs and a breeze to tow with just about any mid size or lager SUV/ Truck. This will comfortably sleep 3 adults or a group of 4 with 2 children. The walk queen bed is truly spacious and very convenient allowing access from both sides. Anyone who has slept in a RV with single side bed access can appreciate this. The front dinette folds into a bed that is a little smaller than a full size. There is a huge amount of storage under the queen bed and the cabinets next to the dinette. The trailer comes prepared with cooking utensils and bedding for the queen. The inside is very spacious and open layout making it easy to relax inside with a couple people.The AC and heater works in minutes depending what you need. It has a 6 gallon water heater for showers. The on board batteries will run the fridge, lights, & heater with no problems. If you want to use the AC and microwave you will need to be connected to shore power or an external generator.No Burning Man or Mexico Rentals!!When you send an inquiry please let me know your planned location, and what type of vehicle you have for towing. Standard pick up time is 5pm and all returns are due back by 5pm. Early pick up is available at 7:30am for a half day fee. I have a day job so I can't accommodate weekday pick ups between 8am to 5pm. Weekend pick up and returns are more flexible with timing.
