Trailer is the Cold Weather Edition which keeps you warm all throughout the winter! The Happy Hideout is an excellent place to make memories with your family, pet, and friends. Imagine pulling into your favorite campground being fully stocked (except food) for a once-in-a-lifetime trip. With luck, the weather is beautiful, so you decide to use the outdoor kitchen to cook a meal and grab a cold drink from the outdoor mini-fridge. You could have used the indoor stove, oven, or microwave, but why be inside? You choose to eat outside in the provided camping chairs under the electric adjustable awning.Now, it is time for a game! You head inside to the dinette slide-out to play one of the many options to choose from. Or after a day’s adventure, the outdoor shower can clean you or your pets keeping the mess outside of your home-away-from-home. Indoors is also a full bath and shower in the spacious bathroom stocked with toilet paper.The semi-private bedroom has a queen sized bed with 4 inches of foam toppers for added comfort, complete bedding, and curtain closures to allow privacy. There are two closets with hangers, storage under the bed , and cupboards above. In the back are two full sized bunk beds perfect for your kids, your best buddies, or extra storage space. The dinette table folds down into a bed for any additional guests, although it works best for the shorter folks- making 8 people possible. You stay at a comfortable temperature your whole trip thanks to the AC and the heat, plus the full propane tank.Pickups or delivery drop offs are done after 4pm on weekdays during the school year calendar or flexible availability on the weekends and summer.Dogs are allowed, but are never to be left alone unless contained in a crate. Cats are not allowed due to a family allergy. Please try to keep pets off of the furniture. My days are filled with teaching 6th graders and my evenings are for flipping furniture. Our family has two elementary aged kids and a big fluffy dog. We love taking our trailer out to camp at the ocean or staying nearby for a quick weekend trip. My goal is to make sure my guests have a once in a lifetime experience and I put a great deal of effort into making the trailer clean and comfortable with easy to operate guides.

Our 4th rental and by far the best. Camper has good layout for kids. Very clean and well equipped. Rides well.

Heather was easy to work with from pick up to drop off. The trailer was perfect for our family and included everything you would need for a trip. All electrical, water and dirty water lines had labeled bags, which made it very easy to find and hookup. Overall nice trailer and would recommend.

The biggest trailer I’ve towed, but the Jeep (Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with a V8) handled it well. Heather was amazing, she was super responsive and friendly. With the slide-out there’s so much space! Highly recommend.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

During the school year, 4pm on weeknights or later. On the weekends, very flexible. During Summer Break (July and August) also flexible.
Q.Can I dry camp with this trailer? Boondocking?
A.
I am happy to fill the fresh water tanks for dry camping. There is a generator included for your use.
