•Pets are welcome at no cost. But pet hair must be cleaned up prior to return of rental. If excessive pet hair is left behind an additional $250 pet hair removal fee will be assessed.
• NO SMOKING if evidence of smoking is present upon return including ashes, smell or left behind and $750 fee will assessed.
• Awning usage - do not use awning if there is any amount of rain, wind more than 5mph. Always bring awning in at night and if you leave the camper unattended. Damage to awning will result in a fee up to $3,000
