4.0PaiShai was very easy to reach and very accommodating and super sweet!! We loved the camper, it was clean and nice. Loved the outdoor kitchen!! the only bummer was the A/C unit froze up and we had let it thaw, but all in all it was a great camper for the price and the and we had great time while we used it!! Thank you for allowing us to use your camper and we look forward to possibly using it again sometime in the future!!

Do I need to fill up the fresh water tank before returning the travel trailer?

No you do not need to fill up the fresh water tank. It is not recommended as it will be added weight to the travel trailer when driving back to return. You will not be charged extra if you bring back a full tank.

Do I need to bring my own linen?
A.
No. We provide clean bed linens for each bunk bed and for the murphy bed. All you need to bring is pillows and blankets.

What size hitch do you need to tow the travel trailer.
A.
You will need a 2 5/16 inch hitch to properly and safely tow this travel trailer.

Will I be charged extra if I don't empty the black tank and gray tank before I return the travel trailer?
A.
Yes, you will be charged an extra $100 if you do not empty out the black tank and gray tank. Only exception is if you purchased the add-on of having us empty the black and gray tank for $50.
