Exploring the City

Minneapolis and St. Paul form the Twin Cities metropolis. The region is brimming with historical and cultural attractions and has a fantastic restaurant scene. While you're here, set aside some time to visit some of the area's best spots. The Minneapolis Institute of Art, the Walker Art Center, and the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden showcase some of the region's finest artwork, and a slew of annual events for the arts are held in the city, including Art-A-Whirl, the Stone Arch Bridge Festival, and the Uptown Art Fair.

RV Parks

Campgrounds and RV parks in Minneapolis are sparse, though just beyond the city limits, there are several places to set up camp. Town & Country RV Park is south of the city in the quiet suburb of Savage. This quaint Minneapolis RV park offers a calm retreat geared toward families. “Woody,” a 200-year-old cottonwood tree, welcomes campers at the park's entrance. A trail to Boiling Springs can be accessed from Town & Country RV Park, and top attractions like Valley Fair and the Mall of America are just a few miles away.

The Great Outdoors

Natural sites are plentiful in Minneapolis. The riverfront Minnehaha Regional Park encompasses more than 190 acres in the city, with trails, bike paths, a disc golf course, a dog park, gardens, and a waterfall. Minnehaha also offers sports leagues, nature programs, and musical performances.

They are great hosts! The camper worked great for what we needed it for and came with lots of extras. Thanks for a great weekend!!

Gladys was the perfect size for the two of us. All mechanical systems worked as they should. The only issue we had was with the dinette table that had been broken by the previous renter. Kimmie disclosed it up front and compensated us for the inconvenience. The unit was a bit noisy on the freeway but no more than other Class C RVs we’ve rented before.

Our RV rental was great. Bill was very communicative prior to our RV rental and assisted with all aspects of the electrical and water connections. Our family had a wonderful time together and would do it again in a heartbeat.
