We spent several years rebuilding this baby which has everything upgraded including the engine and drivetrain. It has been across Canada and through the mountains several times so we can rent with confidence. It comes equipped with the original electric cooler-fridge, sink and portable 2 burner stove.
- extra battery for longer power - plug in power adapter - on board water tank. Other features include a pop up tent, swivel front seat, mosquito netting for side and back doors, 8x8 retractible awning.
Further options to rent are a gazebo room, external roof storage bag and portable propane heater.
This is a beauty and a one of a kind ride, but we will ask that your trip is closer to home. We will also need you to know how to drive stick and that you understand an Air-cooled engine - this is not the vehicle to learn on. What's includedIn addition we will provide fresh linens, dishes and cutlery as well as pots and pans for your trip. Other things to noteAs outlined already, this is a manual transmission and requires experience with that. These are also air-cooled engines that use airflow over the engine to keep it from over-heating.
