Dates ARE Filling UP Fast!Brand new, fresh and clean 22' RV. This ultra rare model sports a wide rear door, perfect for bikes, kayak, and wheelchair access. Also if you have babies/little ones, flip the back bed up and bring your baby gate or pack and play, as the rear cargo area is amazing for this! Enjoy 11mpg, where most older rvs are going to land in the 5-8.5mpg range. Massive 12v fridge is safer than propane, and is roomy enough for a full family. We’ve found 22-26’ class c is the perfect floor plan, plenty of room for 4-6! The rear bed folds up and out of the way allowing for storage of larger things. Outdoor propane connection, for the supplied Coleman camp stove. Power awning, and generator. We used to have 36+ foot motorhomes and got tired of the level of work required for driving, The 22' is about the same length as. a fullsize longbed truck, and its even shorter than some sprinters. Towels are also included RecommendationsPlease make sure to bring bottled water, we always pack gallon jugs, as you really cant trust the water at campsites. Pack flashlights, camp wood, newspaper, lighter and kindling in the outside storage compartmentOther things to note. This rv does have a big open back area, we are ok with bicycles, no motorized gasoline/diesel powered vehicles are allowed due to the odors/fire hazard associated with the chemicals.You can pick this rv up as soon as 9am, and drop it off as late as 6pm, just let us know and we can meet your needs we are allowing Pets, there is no extra charge however if the rv is returned with damage, signs of animals, hair, odor etc, we will use the deposit towards this cleaning. We want you to get your deposit back as much as we want the rv to come back clean :)

The RV was good for our family of 3. The right amount of space, the queen size Murphy bed, and the bunk above the cab all worked great. The RV was a little noisy while driving(squeaks and rattles) and the pin for the fridge door didn’t stay in place. The hosts April and Brandon were great and answered all of our questions.

We had an amazing trip and a big part of our experience was because of this rv. It’s new, comfy, and roomy and feels a lot bigger than the 22’ because of the Murphy bed in the back. It was easy to drive and everything worked as it’s supposed to. The refrigerator was the biggest we’ve had in an rv (this is our 3rd trip in the last five years) and having all the linens, towels, plates, utensils, coffee maker, etc., provided made it so much more enjoyable. Normally we’ve rented from rv rental companies but going through outdoorsy and working with April and Brandon was so worth it. They were super friendly and responsive throughout the whole process, from booking through drop off. We couldn’t have imagined a better or easier experience. We’re already looking forward to our next RV trip!!
